googlefontdirectory-tools software package provides various tools for generating, analysing and manipulating font files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install googlefontdirectory-tools
googlefontdirectory-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the googlefontdirectory-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep googlefontdirectory-tools *
You will get with googlefontdirectory-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
